Click the live help button & Select "Remote Assist" for the department, give your self a Nickname for the chat and press the "Request Chat" button. An Engineer will then greet you and connect to your PC.

To maintain communication through out this session we recommend that you use the live chat window that we opened up previously. You will be able to bring it back onto your screen by left clicking it in the task bar at the base of your screen.

Click on the remote Assist Icon in the side bar or click here. Once the dialog box opens, select run. Depending upon your operating system and security settings you may need to click allow or yes on any warnings that may appear. If necessary, select run again to run the application. Our Application is 100% safe and will self remove from your pc at the end of the remote session.

Once the application opens up you will see this box
Copy and paste or type the ID number and send it the engineer via live chat, then copy & paste or type the pass number via live chat and the engineer will initiate the remote connection

The engineer will now assume control of your pc and conduct the repair. If the repair was successful you will receive an invoice via email. Should the repair be unsuccessful we can arrange for the collection of the base unit for further investigation.
And remember if we cannot repair your PC we will not charge you !!
