1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation of the reasons for the rejection.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer support team at support@hjsolutions.com to initiate the exchange process.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
