Custom 3D Printing Service

Need a replacement component, prototype, jig, bracket or one-off custom part? HJS Woodworks offers a made-to-order 3D printing service for individuals, makers and small businesses.

Upload your existing 3D model and provide details of how the finished part will be used. We’ll review the design, recommend a suitable material and provide a quotation before manufacturing begins.

Please provide:

• Your 3D model, preferably in STL, STEP or 3MF format

• The quantity required

• Required dimensions or scale

• Preferred colour, if applicable

• Details of the part’s intended use

• Any strength, temperature or finish requirements

• Your required completion date

If you don’t already have a printable model, our CAD design service may be able to create one from your measurements, sketches, photographs or existing component.

How it works

1. Submit your file and project details.

2. We check the model and confirm whether any changes are required.

3. You receive a quotation covering materials, preparation and printing.

4. Production begins only after you approve the quotation.
